Evaporator Core: Service and Repair
Auxiliary Climate Control
REMOVAL
1. Remove the air conditioning and heater assembly, please refer to Heating and Air Conditioning/Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/

2. Disconnect the evaporator core spring lock couplings, please refer to Heating and Air Conditioning/Coupler HVAC/Service and Repair/ See:
Coupler HVAC/Service and Repair
3. Position the heater water hoses out of the way.
4. Remove the evaporator case cover.

Remove the screws.

Remove the evaporator case cover.
5. Remove the A/C evaporator core.
