Reposition the brake line bracket (located at the left frame rail above the left axle tube) as follows. See Figure 3.
a)
Loosen the brake line bracket/jounce bumper retaining bolt.
b)
Pivot the bracket forward (about 20 degrees) until the vertical portion of the bracket contacts the frame.
c)
Tighten the retaining bolt to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
PROCEDURE D - FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE

NOTE: This step applies only to vehicles equipped with the extended range (4th) fuel tank.
NOTE:
Removal of the extended range fuel tank box cover is not required for access.
Remove the rubber plug from the extended range fuel tank vapor retaining cover for access, and tighten the manual lock-down jack screw on the
fuel tank solenoid valve clockwise to 8 Nm (71 lb-in) to close the valve. See Figure 4.

Raise the vehicle on a hoist.
3.
Remove the aft-axle fuel tank stone shield.
