Econoline E150 1/2 Ton V8-5.4L SOHC VIN L (1999)
1. NOTE: Whenever replacing the brake master cylinder reservoir, replace the grommets.
Install the brake master cylinder reservoir.
1. Lubricate the two grommets with High Performance DOT 3 Brake Fluid C6AZ-19542-AB or equivalent DOT 3 fluid meeting Ford
specification ESA-M6C25-A, and insert the grommets in the brake master cylinder.
2. Connect the brake master cylinder fluid level warning switch.
3. Press the brake master cylinder reservoir into the grommets until it snaps.

On Bosch units, install the roll pins.
4. Fill the brake master cylinder reservoir with High Performance DOT 3 Brake Fluid C6AZ-19542-AB or equivalent DOT 3 fluid meeting Ford
specification ESA-M6C25-A.
