Crankshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Raise and support the vehicle.
3. Remove Crankshaft Position sensor (CKP sensor).
1. Disconnect the CKP sensor electrical connector.
2. Remove the (A) CKP sensor shield nuts and the (B) CKP sensor shield.
3. Remove the (A) CKP sensor stud bolts and the (B) CKP sensor.
INSTALLATION
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
