Vacuum Reservoir HVAC: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Remove the evaporator core housing assembly.  Refer to Evaporator Case for this procedure.  See: Evaporator Case
2. Remove the vacuum reservoir tank.

1. Remove the screw.
2. Drill out the heat stake.
3. Remove the vacuum reservoir tank.

3. Disconnect the vacuum harness.
3. Remove the EGR vacuum reservoir.

INSTALLATION

1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.

NOTE:  Use a screw in place of the heat stake to install the vacuum reservoir.
