Valve Cover: Service and Repair
Right Side
Removal
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the Engine Air Cleaner (ACL) and the air cleaner outlet tube.
3. Remove the engine cover.
4. Remove the crankcase vent connector and hose from the valve cover.
5. Remove the clamp and oil filler tube from the valve cover.
6. Remove the fuel charging wiring harness from the valve cover studs and position aside.
