Drive Belt: Service and Repair
Removal
1. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
2. NOTE: The cooling fan and fan clutch are removed for clarity.
Rotate the drive belt tensioner away from the drive belt, and remove the drive belt.
Installation
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2. Refer to the illustration for drive belt routing for vehicles with a 4.2L engine with air conditioning.
3. Refer to the illustration for drive belt routing for vehicles with a 4.2L engine without air conditioning.
