2. Remove the rear anti-lock brake sensor.

Disconnect the electrical connector.

Remove the bolt.

Remove the rear anti-lock brake sensor.
INSTALLATION
CAUTION: Use care not to get dirt in the rear axle housing.
1. Clean and inspect the rear anti-lock brake sensor.

Clean the axle mounting surface.

Inspect and clean the rear anti-lock brake sensor.

Inspect the rear anti-lock brake sensor O-ring for damage. Replace if necessary.

Lightly lubricate the rear anti-lock brake sensor O-ring with Synthetic SAE 75W 140 Rear Axle Lubricant F1TZ-19580-A or equivalent
meeting Ford specification WSL-M2C192-A.
2. Install the rear anti-lock brake sensor.

Position the rear anti-lock brake sensor and install the bolt.

Connect the electrical connector.
