Vacuum Brake Booster: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Remove the brake master cylinder.
2. Disconnect the power brake booster hose.

Compress the clamp.

Disconnect the power brake booster hose
3. Disconnect the brake pedal to power brake booster push rod.

Remove the self-locking pin.

Remove the brake master cylinder push rod spacers.
3
Remove the stoplight switch from the brake master cylinder push rod.
4
Remove the brake master cylinder push rod bushing.
4. Remove the bulkhead sound insulator.
5. Remove the power brake booster.
