Install the A/C evaporator expansion valve.

Connect the refrigerant lines.

Connect the A/C liquid jumper line.

Connect the inlet line.
2. Fasten the capillary bulb to the evaporator outlet tube.

Secure the bulb to the tube with clips.

Cover the entire bulb and the tube with A/C insulating tape.
3. Install the A/C evaporator core.
4. Evacuate and charge the system.
5. Check the system for correct operation.
