Wheel Studs - E550

Removal

1. Remove the wheel and tire assembly.

2. Using the special tool, remove the wheel bolt from the wheel adapter and discard.

Installation

1. Install the new wheel bolt aligning the serrations in the wheel adapter flange made by the original wheel bolt.

Place four flat washers over the outside end of the wheel bolt and thread a standard wheel nut with the flat side against the washers.

Tighten the wheel nut until the wheel bolt head seats against the back side of the wheel adapter flange.

2. Remove the wheel nut and flat washers.
