Front Door Hinge: Adjustments
1. Loosen the hinge bolts enough to permit movement of the door.
NOTE: The hinge holes are enlarged or elongated to provide for hinge and door alignment.
2. Move the door to the desired fit.
3. Tighten the hinge bolts and check the door for proper fit.
NOTE: The front body side cargo door hinges are shown; all other door hinges are similar.
4. Repeat if necessary.
5. Lubricate the door hinges, using Multi-Purpose Grease D7AZ-19584-AA or DOAZ-19584-AA or equivalent meeting Ford specifications
ESR-M1C159-A and ESB-M1C106-B or ESR-M1C159-A and ESB-M1C93-B.
