Oil Separator: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Remove the three way catalytic convertor.
2. Remove the crankcase vent oil separator.

Disconnect the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve.

Remove the bolts and remove the separator.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Carefully clean all sealing surfaces and install a new crankcase vent oil separator gasket.
NOTE: The oil separator sealing surfaces are soft metal.
