1. Remove the rear door scuff plate.

Open the cover.

Remove the two pin-type retainers (one shown).

Remove the rear door scuff plate.

2. Separate the weather-stripping from the C-pillar.

3. Remove the safety belt anchor.

Using the special tool, remove the bolt.

Remove the safety belt anchor.

4. From behind the rear safety belt guide cover, release the retaining tabs, slide the cover up and remove it.

NOTE:  The rear safety belt guide has been removed for clarity.
