Compressor Manifold and Tube Assembly
COMPRESSOR MANIFOLD AND TUBE ASSEMBLY
Removal and Installation
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
2. Recover the refrigerant.
3. Remove the front bumper cover.
4. Remove the DC/DC converter.
5. Disconnect the front auxiliary evaporator outlet line peanut fitting.

To install, tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).
6. Disconnect the suction accumulator spring lock coupling.
7. Disconnect the compressor manifold and tube assembly peanut fitting.

Remove and discard the O-rings.

To install, tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).
8. Remove the compressor manifold and tube assembly bolt.

To install, tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb-ft).
9. Remove the compressor manifold and tube assembly bracket nut.

To install, tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).
