Spark Plug: Service and Repair
Removal and Installation

Removal
Both sides
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
RH side
2. NOTE: The upper intake manifold must be removed to access the RH spark plugs only.
Remove the upper intake manifold.
Both sides
3. Disconnect the ignition coil electrical connectors.
4. Remove the bolts and the ignition coils.
5. NOTE: Use compressed air to remove any foreign material in the spark plug well before removing the spark plugs.
Remove the spark plugs.
