Removal and Installation
Remove

1. Remove the left and right‐hand sun visors and retaining clips (three screws each).

2. Remove the A‐pillar trim and header frame panel.
1. Remove the A‐pillar trim (three screws).
2. Remove the header frame panel.

3. Remove the roof clamps.

4. Remove the roof frame header seal.
Install

NOTE:

When refitting the header frame seal ensure the seal is centralised.
5. Apply adhesive.
1. Windscreen adhesive.
2. Butyl adhesive.
6. Refit the components in reverse order.

NOTE:

If positioned correctly when the door is closed with the window closed the weatherseal lip should roll over the window edge.
