Clutch Pedal Position Switch: Adjustments
NOTE: The Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) switch serves as the pedal stop.
1. Disconnect the clutch release cable at the clutch release shaft to eliminate the possibility that the clutch release cable is affecting clutch pedal
height.
2. Move the carpet and insulation out of the way.
3. Measure the distance from the upper center of the clutch pedal to the bulkhead.

If the clutch pedal height measures 196-204 mm (7.72-8.03 in), it is within specifications.

If the clutch pedal height is not within 196-204 mm (7.72-8.03 in), continue with adjustments.
4. Inspect the clutch mounting for damaged, worn, or missing parts. If no concerns are found, continue with adjustments.
5. To adjust clutch pedal height, loosen the CPP switch locknut and thread the CPP switch in or out until the clutch pedal is at the specified height.
Tighten the CPP switch locknut to 14-18 Nm (10-13 lb ft).
6. Connect the clutch release cable to the clutch release shaft.
