A return shipping label will be included in the shipping carton. Attach a copy of the freight receipt to your copy of the 1864 form.
NOTE:
Driver Side Air Bag Modules must be returned within 5 working days of receipt of the replacement module to avoid a potential charge of $405.61
on the Dealer's Payment Statement.
Ford Motor Company will pay for rental cars until the new air bag arrives and installed, except for fuel, which will be at owner's expense. Dealers must
stay within ESP guidelines of $25.00 a day.

Technical Instructions
1.
Removal and installation of the driver's side air bag module is outlined in the 1994 or 1995 Escort/Tracer Shop Manual, Section 01-20B.
2.
The removed air bag must be returned in the packaging used for replacement air bag module. See Attachment II for instructions.
