3.

Connect the new wiring harness (F3CZ-18W586-A) to the blower motor, Figure 2.

4.

Snap the plastic blower motor cover (F3CZ-18515-A) to the motor (it will be loose) while routing the wiring harness out from underneath the
cover.

5.

Position the cover and motor assembly into the evaporator/blower unit, then line the metal ring retainer (F3CZ-18K405-A) up with the mounting
holes.

6.

Tighten the assembled motor and cover to the evaporator/blower unit (2.2-2.7 N-m) (19.5-24 lb.in.) using the three (3) new screws (390039-52).

7.

Connect the blower jumper harness (DB/Bk) leads to the blower resistor. Route the other lead (DB) through the molded clip on the fuse panel and
connect it to the connector going to the fuse panel, Figure 3.
