Clutch Pedal Assembly: Adjustments

To determine if the pedal height requires adjustment, measure the distance from the bulkhead to the upper center of pedal pad. The distance should be
7.72-8.03 inches. Use the following procedure if adjustment is required:
1. Disconnect clutch switch electrical connector.
2. Loosen clutch switch locknut.
3. Turn clutch switch until correct height is achieved.
4. Torque the locknut to 10-13 ft lb.
5. Measure pedal freeplay. Pedal freeplay travel should be between 0.20-0.51 inch.
6. Connect electrical connector.
