3. Install the reworked weatherstrip/moulding by performing the operations shown in Figure 2.

a. Prime the painted sheet metal of the body opening surrounding the windshield with ESB-M2G234-A contained in the kit.

b. Install a new foam dam. Use foam tape E4AZ-19627-C.

c. Flood the area of the body opening around the entire perimeter of the opening with urethane adhesive ESB-M2G246-A contained in the kit.

d. Install the reworked weatherstrip/moulding around the windshield.

NOTE: AFTER RE-INSTALLATION OF THE WEATHERSTRIP/MOULDING, THE URETHANE REQUIRES AT LEAST 24 HOURS TO CURE

AT 40~ F (5~ C) OR ABOVE.
