Vehicles which stall on brake stops after "hot soak" (start-up after parking warm engine for 15-60 minutes in high ambient temperatures) can be serviced
by installing a hot idle compensator (H.I.C.) valve in the crankcase vent line. The H.I.C. valve adds additional air and prevents an overrich condition
which could cause the stall.
