Disconnect the light switch rheostat resistor electrical connector and remove the instrument panel steering column cover.
6. Disconnect the Brake Pedal Position (BPP) switch electrical connector and the speed control deactivate switch electrical connector.
7. Remove the steering column tube.
8. Remove the two brake pedal bracket nuts.
9. Remove the self-locking pin.
