ISSUE

Windshield washer fluid may leak from washer jets during vehicle maneuvers on some vehicles. The fluid may also discolor hood paint around jets. This
may be due to the windshield washer system having no check valves in the fluid lines.

ACTION

Add check valves to the windshield washer fluid lines. The check valves should keep the fluid from leaking onto the hood. Refer to the Service
Procedure for details.
