Special Tool(s)
1. Key OFF.
2. Disconnect the windshield washer switch connector.
3. Measure the resistance between pin 3 and the terminal pins of the windshield washer switch.
4. If the windshield washer switch fails any of the above tests, replace it. Otherwise, return to the pinpoint tests. See: Testing and Inspection/Pinpoint
