Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Remove the fuel tank.
CAUTION: The fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector must be disconnected before lowering the fuel tank. Failure to do so can cause
damage to the fuel tank pressure sensor or the fuel tank.
2. Press down and rotate the fuel tank pressure sensor counterclockwise and remove it from the fuel tank.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Diagnostics/EVAP System Leak Test

Carry out the Evaporative Emission Running Loss Monitor Repair Verification Drive Cycle.
CAUTION: Directly center the fuel tank pressure sensor above the grommet and apply downward pressure before turning it clockwise. Failure to
do so can cause damage to the fuel tank pressure sensor, the grommet or the fuel tank.
