On the bottom and both sides of the luggage cover assembly, peel off the current foam tape strips (insulator - 4 mm x 10 mm x 431 mm) (5/32" x
25/64" x 17") as shown in Figure 1.

Clean or clear any remaining insulator residue on the luggage cover assembly.
4.
Obtain two (2) new (insulator - 10 mm x 10 mm x 431 mm) (25/64" x 25/64" x 17") foam strips and install parts on both sides of the luggage
cover assembly (same location as shown).
5.
Function the liftgate assembly before releasing vehicle.
