Connect the outer tie rod to the steering knuckle.
a.
Tighten the castle nut at the steering knuckle to a minimum 27 lb.ft.
b.
Continue tightening to 27-32 lb.ft. to the nearest hole slot.
12.
Install a new cotter pin.
13.
Align the front end to specification.
