Brake Pad: Service and Repair
Rear

Removal 

1.  Raise and support the vehicle

2. Remove the wheel and tire assembly.

Remove the lug nuts.

Remove the wheel and tire assembly.

3. Remove the screw plug.

4. Turn the brake adjuster screw counterclockwise to retract the piston fully.

5. Note:  If the upper brake caliper bolt requires lubrication or replacement, remove it and use wire to suspend the rear disc brake caliper.
