Brake Proportioning/Combination Valve: Testing and Inspection
Brake Pressure Differential Valve - With ABS

1. Connect the gauge set.
2. Bleed the brake system.
3. Press the brake pedal until the front brake pressure is 2,942 kPa (427 psi). The rear brake pressure should be 2,648 - 3,236 kPa (384 - 469 psi). If

not as specified, replace the brake pressure differential valve.

4. Press the brake pedal until the front brake pressure is 5,886 kPa (853 psi). The rear brake pressure should be 3,432 - 4,217 kPa (498 - 611 psi). If

not as specified, replace the brake pressure differential valve.
