11. Disconnect the power steering return hose from the power steering fluid cooler.

12. Disconnect the power steering pressure hoses from one another.

13. Remove the power steering pressure hose brackets.

1. Remove the bolts.
2. Remove the power steering pressure hose brackets.

14. Remove the power steering hoses from the vehicle.
15. Remove the O-ring seals and discard.

Installation

Note:  Install new Teflon seals 388898-S on the power steering pressure hose fittings before connecting the hoses.

Note:  Make sure all threads are clean and free of debris before connecting hoses.

1. Lubricate and install new O-ring seals before installation of the power steering hoses.
2. Position the power steering hoses in the vehicle.
