Halfshaft - Dynamic Damper

Removal

1. Remove the RH front drive halfshaft.
2. Disassemble outboard joint.

3. Note:  This procedure is required only if it is being replaced on the RH halfshaft.

Remove and discard the dynamic damper retaining clamp and remove the dynamic damper.

Installation

1. Note:  Position the dynamic damper to specifications from the outboard driveshaft joint using a new retaining band to hold it in place.

To install reverse the removal procedure.
