5. Remove the inboard joint housing from the tripod bearing and driveshaft.
6. Remove the tripod bearing snap ring.
7. Mark the tripod bearing to the driveshaft for reference to ensure correct installation.
8. Remove the (A) tripod bearing from the (B) driveshaft.
9. Note: Do not remove the tape wrap until after assembly.
