Excursion 2WD V10-6.8L VIN Z CNG (2003)
7. Pull up to release the retaining clips and remove the rear hatch scuff plate.
8. Pull out to release the retaining clips and remove the D-pillar trim panel.
Driver side only
9. Remove the spare tire.
10. Remove the bolts and the spare tire mounting plate.
Both sides
11. Peel the floor covering back along the rear quarter trim panel.
12. Remove the second row safety belt anchor.

Using the special tool 501-010 (T77L-2100-A), remove the bolt.

Remove the safety belt anchor.
