Excursion 2WD V8-5.4L SOHC VIN L (2000)
1. Remove the scuff plate.
2. Remove the front safety belt.
3. Remove the front safety belt retractor.
4. Pull the rear door opening weatherstrips away from the rear corner trim panel (2781112).
