Excursion 2WD V8-5.4L SOHC VIN L (2000)
8. Install the engine mount nuts.
9. Lower the vehicle.
10. Remove the modular engine support bracket from the engine.
11. Install the generator.
12. Install the fan shroud.
13. Install the throttle body adapter.

Position a new throttle body adapter gasket.

Position the throttle body adapter.
^
Install four bolts and tighten in two stages.
^
Stage 1: Tighten to 8-10 Nm (71-88 inch lbs.).

Stage 2: Tighten an additional 85-95 degrees.
14. If equipped, connect the EVR solenoid electrical and vacuum harness.
