5. Working from the front of the engine, disconnect the following electrical connections:

engine coolant temperature sensor

2

LH radio capacitor assembly

3

field circuit check connect

4

both plug-in connectors at the generator

6. Disconnect the cylinder head temperature sensor.

7. Disconnect the Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor.

8. Disconnect the (1) 16-pin and the (2) 42-pin connectors.
