Driveshaft-Rear, One-Piece, 4x4 With 137-, 141-, and 142-inch Wheelbase
Removal
All vehicles
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Index-mark the driveshaft yoke and the transfer case flange.
All vehicles, except Excursion
3. Index-mark the driveshaft and the rear axle pinion flange.
4. Remove and discard the four bolts and the two U-joint retainers.
Excursion
5. Index-mark the driveshaft yoke and the rear axle pinion flange.
