Excursion 4WD V10-6.8L (2002)
10. Apply Premium Long-Life Grease XG-1-C or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESA-M1C75-B.
11. On the one-piece rear driveshaft, install a new spring.
12. NOTE: Align the index marks made during disassembly.
Position the remaining spider, the centering flange yoke, and the bearing cup.
13. Using the special tool, press the bearing cup far enough into the yoke to place the opposite bearing cup on the spider bunion.
