Install the timing chain on the camshaft sprocket with the two chain links and timing marks aligned.

Install the outer crankshaft sprocket and timing chain with the long hub of the crankshaft sprocket facing inward.

Position the timing chain on the camshaft sprocket. Make sure the two copper-colored links align with the camshaft sprocket timing mark.
