Auxiliary Climate Control

REMOVAL

1. Perform the Refrigerant Discharging and Recovery Procedure.  Refer to:  Heating and Air Conditioning, Service and Repair, Refrigerant

Discharging and Recovery Procedure, See: Service and Repair/Refrigerant Discharging and Recovery procedure

2. Remove the third row seat.
3. Position aside the RH quarter trim panel.
4. Remove the vehicle jack.

5. Remove 5 screws from the heater core cover.

NOTE:  The remaining 3 screws securing the heater core cover  will be removed once the air conditioning and heater assembly is removed.

6. Disconnect the electrical connectors and set the wiring assembly aside.

7. Remove the fasteners and remove the lower air duct.
