Using care not to damage the seal, gently push the vent glass outward.
10. Remove excess butyl sealant from the pinch weld.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Apply an 8 mm (5/16-in) bead of butyl meeting Ford specification WSB-M2G234-C to the pinchweld area.

Loosely install all the fasteners before tightening to final torque.
