When installing Engine Component Kits E43Z-19B969-B (Tempo/Topaz 2.3L HSC) or E4FZ-19B969-A (Escort/Lynx) extreme care must be used when
replacing the fan motor. Small metal burrs on the fan motor shaft may prevent the fan from being easily installed. If this situation occurs, carefully
remove the metal burrs. Do not force the fan on the shaft; this can damage the fan motor and make it inoperable.
