Disconnect all vacuum lines from the vacuum tree on the engine dash panel. Remove and discard the vacuum tree, and install the new vacuum tree
from the kit. Connect the vacuum hoses and delay valve from the kit to the pulldown motor and the fuel separator as shown in Figure 14.

NOTE:

Use care to orient the delay valve as shown in Figure 14, with the brown end of the valve towards the pulldown motor.

Reconnect all remaining vacuum lines to the vacuum tree assembly and cap any remaining open tubes.

Start the engine and check for leaks. Allow the engine to fully warm up and then check fast idle speed and, if necessary, reset the speed to the
value specified on the emission decal.
