The door frame may be above nominal height on some Escort, Lynx, or EXP models. This causes the door glass run not to seat into the channel at the top
front area. This condition should be corrected by applying a double backed adhesive tape between the run and the channel.

Lower glass in the affected door.

Pull door glass run and clip out of the door channel in area shown in Figure 1.
3.
Install a 400 mm (15-3/4") long strip of doublebacked adhesive (3M #06379 Scotch Mount Attachment Tape) inside the door frame in the area
shown in Figure 1.
4.
Reinstall the door glass run and clip into the door frame channel.
