LIGHT TRUCK:
1997 EXPEDITION
ISSUE:
Windnoise may be evident at the A-pillar on some vehicles. This may be caused by flock run at the edge of the door sheet metal flange sealing surface.
ACTION:
Place a butyl sealer (or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESB-M4G162-A) behind the flocked run at the top of the mirror sail panel. This should
reduce the possibility of windnoise. Refer to the following Service Procedure for details.
