The water thermostat should initially open at 87-91° C (188-195° F), and be fully opened at 100° C (212° F).
NOTE: "Fully open" means the water thermostat lifts a distance of 8.0 mm (0.31 in) or more.

The water thermostat should be closed at 85° C (185° F).
