5. Use the E4OD Transmission Jack Adapter to secure transmission on the Hi-Lift Transmission Jack.

Attach the E4OD Transmission Jack Adapter with the adapter bolts.
6. Raise the Hi-Lift Jack until the transmission insulator and retainer studs are separated from the transmission support crossmember.
7. Remove the transmission insulator.
(1) Remove the bolts.
(2) Remove the transmission insulator.
8. Remove the vehicle speed sensor (VSS).
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector.
(2) Remove the bolt.
(3) Remove the VSS.
