If five (5) or less discs float, refer to Figure 2, no service action is needed. Return vehicle to customer.

If all six (6) discs float, indicating "NOT SAFE" glycol condition, see Figure 2, call Recall Hotline at 1-800-325-5621 to order cylinder head kit.
Perform cylinder head replacement, when kit arrives.

On air suspension equipped vehicles, turn air suspension switch, located in the RH kick panel area, to the OFF position.
2.
Install memory saver, then disconnect battery negative cable.
3.
Remove shield covering throttle body assembly.
